At Elkdale, all our ministries are designed to point people to Jesus. And kids are no different! At Elkdale, we strive to to maintain an engaging and fun Christ-centered environment for kids to grow in Jesus. We seek to partner with parents to equip them with tools to lead their children along their faith journey.

Weekly Activities
Sunday
Sunday School
Children's Sunday School is offered from 9:45-10:45 am for children age 2 through 6th grade. We seek to provide age-appropriate Bible teaching in a fun and nurturing environment. Children learn God's Word alongside other kids their own age through engaging lessons designed to help them grow in their faith. Grades 1-6 meet in the Children's Building, while preschool classes meet in the preschool area behind our sanctuary. Our goal is to partner with families as we help children build a strong biblical foundation. Nursery is available for children under 2.
Children’s Church
Children's Church is available during both Sunday morning services for children age 4 through 1st grade. Children are invited to go to Children's Church after the music portion of our worship service. During this time, our boys and girls are taught foundational Bible truths. We work on learning the books of the Bible and key Bible verses through songs and games. We meet in Room P-504. Parents can pick children up at the double glass doors after the service is over.

Real Kids
Real Kids is designed for children age 3 through 6th grade to grow in faith and have fun along the way. We meet during the Fall and Spring semesters from 5:30-7:00 pm. Each time we gather, kids will dive into God's Word during Bible Study, lift their voices in Kids Choir, and enjoy fellowship time together during Recreation. Real Kids provides a safe and fun environment where children build friendships, learn biblical truth, and grow in their walk with Christ.
